We provide education, motivation and inspiration in a non-threatening
environment.  Through the use of a body composition analysis and Functional
Movement Screen a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) will
seamlessly integrate the information into a custom tailored program.  We save the  
one-size-fits-all approach for Internet articles and opt for evidence based program
design.

We go above and beyond the 'usual' standards in this field.  Workouts are short
term.  You can pay for supervision and whatever a "trainer" feels like doing on a
particular day.  Or you can take yourself to the next level with progressive
functional training.  We believe everyone is different, and that they need
customized programs.  We blend research with real world experience.  And that's
just the beginning...
